Description

Four series of optical and acoustic instruments. Each series react to the phenomenas of reflection, refraction and absorption of light and sound. These works activate situations of heightened focus for the perceiver. The experience of the works are specific to the perceivers position and orientation in relation to the instruments and the room. Each instrument consists of two parts, a tripod and an object held by the tripod. The objects are convex, concave and circular units of varying materials. These instruments activate space, rather than occupy space. They influence the viewers movements and positions.
