Central Saint Martins. London. UK

A seemingly endless continuously transforming video shot through a glass brick from the inside of the ground floor studio of Central Saint Martins School of Art at Charing Cross Road, London. Through its geometry and materiality the glass brick acts as an optical device multiplying the image of moving inhabitants and vehicles in the urban environment. The relationship between the inside and outside is brought into focus as well as the depth of the urban space through the changing speed and size of moving entities. A multiplied image in a grid with an ever-changing unpredictable rhythm is presented to the viewer in a loop.
