Description

A light installation which generated a temporary transformation of Glyptoteket. Beginning at the entrance hall continuing throughout the Winter Garden and ending at the entrance to the large Auditorium. Tripods carrying rechargeable led lamps were positioned as to form a corridor with varying width throughout the building. Each pair of facing lamps had a unique color temperature. The color temperature gradually changed throughout the building from a deep cold blue at the entrance to a vibrant hot red at the Auditorium. Here light operated as an activator, generating experiences and narratives, as it encountered architecture and moving visitors alike.
